Fastest help: use the in-app form
If you have the app installed and can sign in, the fastest path to support is Settings → Help & Support inside the app. The in-app form auto-attaches your device info, app version, and tenant context so we can triage without a back-and-forth.

What is RenQuest?
RenQuest is a quest companion for renaissance faires. You join a faction, follow quest lines from one NPC to the next, and tap your phone against the "Realm Gems" cast members carry to mark progress through the day's adventure. Learn more on the features page.
How do I sign in?
Sign-in is magic-link only — enter your email, tap the link from your inbox, you're in. There are no passwords. If your email isn't on your faire's allowlist yet, ask your faire's organizer to add you.
I lost my NFC token
You didn't — the Realm Gems are held by faire NPCs, not by attendees. There's nothing to lose. If a station's gem isn't reading, find a cast member and let them know.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Delete account → confirm. There's a 30-day grace window: if you sign back in within 30 days, the deletion cancels. After 30 days, your personally identifying information is permanently anonymized. Full details on the privacy page.
